Why not have one person who can provide both Bookkeeping and Accounting services.....
Bookkeeping Services
Bookkeeping is the process of recording daily financial transactions for a business or an individual. These transactions are evidenced by sales invoices, paid invoices, scrapes of paper and government advices. A Bookkeeper is someone trained to translate these financial transactions into a set of accounting records, which they then turn over to an accountant for further work. A bookkeeper can also prepare payroll returns and business and operation tax returns. Experienced Bookkeepers also have a good understanding of the regulations governing the above.

Accounting Services
Accounting services include the process of verifying the information gathered by the bookkeeper to ensure accuracy and consistent application of accounting principles. An accountant is trained to prepare Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Budgets and other Investment Analysis Reports so as to provide a meaningful communication as to the activity of a business so that owners and individuals can make informed business decisions. They can also prepare or act as liaison to the tax accountant to make year end tax preparation run smooth.
